Hans Hotels to open five-star property in Gurgaon

Hans Hotel will launch its maiden five-star property in Gurgaon by March 2009 at an investment of Rs 100 Crore. This will be the company's first five-star property. It already has two four star properties; one in New Delhi and one in Puri. The initial plan was to open the property in December 2007. However, it got delayed due to certain technical problems. The 120-room business class property spread over 1.1 acres will have a conference room, a spa, a gym, a speciality Indian restaurant, a coastal restaurant, a 24 hour coffee shop and an executive lounge.
